Blended Finance Preferred Return Structure
We designed a blended finance structure utilising a preferred return mechanism to attract private capital into an impact-first investment vehicle. The design provided multiple risk and return settings for different classes of investors within a single, coherent structure.
The Planet Fund
Established a fund that encompasses both debt and equity investments, with a focus on lower-risk, structured debt investments and high conviction growth equity positions. Our fund is uniquely structured to deliver short term liquidity and longer term upside returns.
